Slight vanilla aroma

Good lasting Tangerine taste

I met this wine at the wine bar in Solvang by chance. My friends and I stopped by to ask for direction, ending up in tasting five different wine persuaded by the owner.

I like this wine because of its freshness. Former Ashley's vineyard, now owned by the Zahoudanis family, a LA real estate developer. The winery focuses on Burgandian varietals.

Very, very, very rich (too rich for me). Strong impact from attack to finish.

100% Chardonnay

I guess 100% French oak?

I think I liked this wine at the winery (otherwise I wouldn't buy this expensive wine). Has my taste changed during the last one year?

Lemon, Green apple. Medium body for its age.
I really liked this wine. If I can buy this bottle at $11, it'll be one of my favorite daily wines (but I think I paid more than $11 at the Wholefoods)
